It is reported that the total investment of this project is 360 million yuan, and it is the third headquarters project in the Beilun area of Yongjiang Science and Technology Innovation Area within six months after the "Tianyi Architectural Design Headquarters" and "East Central Research Institute Headquarters" since the construction of the "Headquarters Port" of Yongjiang Science and Technology Innovation Area.

According to reports, the plot is located in Xiaogang Street, east to the planned commercial business mixed land, south to Chenshan Road, west to the planned Yongjiang Avenue, north to the planned Kangle Bridge Road. The leased area is 13,666 square meters, and the land is used for retail business, catering, commercial and financial land.

"Upon completion of the project, this will become the Geely NEV project management headquarters, with R&D, procurement, sales, after-sales service, human resources, finance, administration and other functions." The person in charge of Geely Company said.
