In order to implement the Special Action Plan for Patent Transformation and Application (2023-2025), vigorously promote the industrialization of patents, and further promote the strong chain efficiency of intellectual property in key industries, On December 21, Shen Fangying, third investigator of the Intellectual Property Promotion Department of Zhejiang Provincial Market Supervision Administration, and Dr. Chen Chen, Research and Development Department of Zhejiang Provincial Intellectual Property Protection Center, went to Ningbo to carry out supervision and support activities of navigation base, industrial intellectual property Alliance and standard implementation pilot, and investigate the intellectual property work of key enterprises.

On the morning of December 21, 2023, the report meeting was held in Conference Room 417, Ningbo Intellectual Property Protection Center. The meeting was attended by Gao Xinghua, second-level researcher and Chen Manjun, fourth-level researcher of the Intellectual Property Application Promotion Department of Ningbo Market Supervision Administration, Sheng Lei, Deputy director of the Municipal Intellectual Property Protection Center, Zhang Bin, Vice Minister of Navigation Operation Department, Ji Song, Vice president of Ningbo Research Institute of Dalian University of Technology, and Wang Hong, Secretary-General of Ningbo Auto Parts Association.

The meeting was chaired by Deputy Director Sheng Lei, and at the same time, he, as a report, focused on reporting the operation and phased results of the provincial Ningbo patent navigation service base to the provincial bureau leaders. Dalian University of Technology Ningbo Research Institute and Auto parts Association as a navigation base co-construction unit also made a report on their own work.

Ningbo Auto Parts Association mainly reports the work has two parts. The first is about the work of co-construction of navigation base. The association participates in the whole process from establishment to operation of navigation base. It not only played a role in the initial research enterprises, but also did a lot of work in the promotion of patent navigation, expert consultation and the completion of patent navigation projects. The second is about the daily work of the association in intellectual property. For example, the association has written the Annual Report on the Development of Ningbo Automobile Industry for six consecutive years, and has arranged a separate chapter in the report, Intellectual Property Rights of Ningbo Automobiles and Parts, which has carried out a detailed analysis of the intellectual property development of Ningbo automobile and parts industry this year. The intellectual property status and demand of Ningbo auto parts have been investigated for many times, and a systematic analysis report has been formed. In the "Shanhai Cooperation" project, the company formed cooperation with Lishui auto and motorcycle parts industry in intellectual property rights, and urged the two places to share the "green channel" of patent declaration; Ningbo Trade Secret Protection Alliance was established, and new energy vehicles intellectual property early warning and retrieval system was held.

Provincial bureau leaders affirmed the work of Ningbo patent navigation Service base and co-construction units, and also put forward two hopes. First, Ningbo automobile and parts industry has abundant resources and many enterprises, hoping to create conditions to upgrade the original municipal intellectual property alliance to a provincial alliance. The second is to find a way to expand the scope of Ningbo patent application green channel, hoping to pull Lishui of "Shanhai cooperation" into the group and share the development dividend.

At the end of 2023, the New Year is about to open, Ningbo Auto Parts Association will follow the instructions of provincial bureau leaders, under the leadership of Ningbo Intellectual Property Protection Center, lead the enterprises in the industry, make every effort to break the routine, and strive for good results in 2024.
