Step 1: Account Registration & Verification

• Click the official registration link to enter the page.
• Enter your email address and click "Send Verification Code".
• Enter the verification code received to successfully create your account.

Step 2: Fill in Personal Information

Follow the on-screen prompts to fill in your basic personal information accurately.

Step 3: Complete the Questionnaire

After filling in your personal details, a questionnaire will pop up. Please complete it based on your actual industry background and visiting requirements.

Step 4: Upload Photo

• After submitting the questionnaire, you will proceed to the photo upload page.
• Click the [ + ] icon to upload a clear, recent photo of yourself.

Step 5: Registration Completion & Entry Instructions

• When the QR code appears, your registration is complete
• Entry Credentials: On the day of the exhibition, you can enter by scanning your system-generated QR code or your original passport directly at the gates.

II. Visa & Invitation Letter for Overseas Visitors

The organizer can provide an official Business Visa Invitation Letter to assist overseas visitors in applying for a business visa to China.

⚠️ Critical Requirements:The Departure Date filled in during your application must include the exhibition period: August 12–14.The total duration of stay in China cannot exceed one month.Note: The organizer will not be able to issue the invitation letter if the above requirements are not met.

III. VIP Buyer Exclusive Benefits & Application Guide

If you are a professional visitor with high procurement needs, you can apply to become a VIP Buyer. Once approved, you will enjoy premium VIP privileges.

IV. VIP Buyer Hotel Accommodation Rules

Visitors who have successfully passed the VIP Buyer review and wish to apply for the complimentary hotel, please note the following booking rules:

1. Mandatory Voucher

• When applying for the hotel, you must submit your flight itinerary or a screenshot of your flight ticket. Otherwise, the organizer will not be able to process your accommodation request.

2. Room Options & Price Differences

• Twin Room (Standard Room, Free): Shared with another attendee. You can specify a colleague/companion to share with (must be indicated in the system); if you travel alone, the organizer will randomly assign a roommate of the same gender.
• Single Room (King Bed / Private Room): You will need to cover the room price difference. Please select "Single Room" in the registration system; the price difference must be paid directly at the hotel front desk upon check-in on the day of arrival.

3. Hotel Deposit Policy

• Whether you choose a single or twin room, the organizer will collect a standard hotel deposit of 200 RMB per room. The deposit will be refunded via the original payment channel within 5 working days after your successful check-in and stay as scheduled.
