2026 Ningbo International Automotive Parts and Aftermarket Exhibition (CAPAFAIR 2026) Successfully Concluded on August 12–14, 2026 at Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Center.
As an export‑oriented auto parts trade fair, CAPAFAIR 2026 utilized all Halls 1–8 of the Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Center, with 2,066 high‑quality automotive parts enterprises exhibiting over 100,000 products spanning the automotive industry supply chain and aftermarket. Over the three‑day event, we welcomed 26,567 domestic and overseas visitors, including 1,047 overseas buyers from 87 countries and regions. Four concurrent forums on “going global” for auto parts were held, fully leveraging CAPAFAIR’s platform value in resource matching, technical exchange, and trend analysis.

Thousands of Merchants Gather, Precision Matching Yields Fruitful Results
Despite a typhoon passing through during the show, which disrupted transportation in some areas, the enthusiasm of professional buyers remained undiminished – over the three days, 26,567 visitors attended, with total visits reaching 42,608. Professional buyer participation increased significantly, covering overseas buyers, overseas purchasing agents, foreign trade companies (import/export firms), cross‑border e‑commerce platforms, as well as OEMs and tier‑1/tier‑2 suppliers, aftermarket agents/wholesalers/distributors, and other procurement groups.
The international reach of the fair reached a new level, with 1,047 overseas buyers coming from 87 countries and regions, including Russia, Yemen, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, India, the United States, Nigeria, Thailand, Australia, and many others, injecting direct momentum into global aftermarket trade flows.
Many buyers consistently acknowledged that CAPAFAIR offers a highly concentrated pool of resources, ample full‑category supply, adaptability to diverse domestic and overseas market needs, one‑stop product selection, and direct factory connections, effectively reducing sourcing costs.

Buyer Testimonials
Ayman from the UK, whose company covers business in the Middle East, Africa, Canada, and the United States, came to the fair with procurement targets mainly for engines, suspension, and body parts. He commented: “CAPAFAIR is fantastic – I found many very good suppliers. Online communication can sometimes be difficult with suppliers who are not fluent in English, but at the exhibition, I can see the physical products, ask questions face‑to‑face, and understand technical details. That is very important.”
Australian buyers Charles Anderson and Jackie attended CAPAFAIR for the first time, mainly sourcing diesel engine and new energy components. They said: “We have already identified several potential suppliers on site and will take a lot of materials back for review. Face‑to‑face communication at the show is extremely efficient – it takes only about ten minutes to connect, and you can directly inspect products and gauge the other party’s sincerity. Excellent!”

Adam from Kenya, attending the Ningbo Auto Parts Fair for the first time, whose company primarily deals in Japanese vehicle parts, found multiple suppliers on site and praised: “Although this is my first time at CAPAFAIR, the experience has been great. For anyone looking to explore new resources and opportunities, this is a very good platform.”
Ghulam Abbas from Pakistan is a long‑time friend of CAPAFAIR. With nineteen years of experience in the auto parts industry, he has attended almost every edition. This time again he visited many quality suppliers and gained a lot. In his view, the fair gets better every year, and his trust has never wavered: “I’ve always been here, and I’ll come again next year.” This conviction is a strong endorsement of the fair’s value.

Industry Agglomeration, Chinese Manufacturing Shines
CAPAFAIR 2026 attracted 2,066 exhibiting companies from 21 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions across China, a year‑on‑year increase of 16.3% – setting a new record. The two major auto parts industrial super‑clusters – Ningbo‑Taizhou‑Wenzhou in Zhejiang and Xingtai‑Cangzhou in Hebei – led the way, joined by emerging auto parts regions such as Jiangsu, Shandong, Guangdong, Anhui, Fujian, Henan, Chongqing, and Liaoning, which appeared as group pavilions. Industry leaders including Han’s Laser, Phoenix Filter, eBay, Focus Technology, and Delfin Steering gathered, alongside specialized and sophisticated SMEs such as Tongchema, Yinlong, Ruifeng, Huaxin, Ousida, Aojiade, Zhongling, Jinyang, and Zhongshi. More than 100,000 products were displayed, covering six major sectors: automotive parts and components, automotive electrics and electronics, automotive supplies and modification, new energy and lightweighting, repair/diagnostics and maintenance, and processing technology and equipment.

Particularly encouraging is the strong recognition from many exhibitors regarding the effectiveness of this edition. A total of 822 exhibitors paid their booth fees for the next edition on site, achieving an on‑site re‑booking rate of 39.8%. Within half a month after the show, 77% of booths had already been confirmed. This once again proves the platform value of CAPAFAIR in long‑term cultivation of auto parts industry exchanges and continuous value creation for cooperation.
Shi Chunlei – South Region Director, Anhui Fenghuang Filter Co., Ltd.
"This is not our first time participating in the Ningbo Auto Parts Fair, and we always gain something each time. This year we brought two new products, and the results exceeded our expectations. We also hope that the organizer will continue to host this auto parts fair, providing manufacturers like us with more channels and customer acquisition sources."
Yuan Yuhua – Business Director, Han's Laser Technology Industry Group Co., Ltd.
"Currently, China's new energy vehicle industry is developing at a rapid pace, with explosive growth in demand for equipment – including laser systems and machining centers. This year we focused on exhibiting laser equipment for automotive parts processing. We hope that through CAPAFAIR we can connect with a large number of auto parts companies and expand into new industry directions."
Wang Zhiyuan – Business Manager, Shenzhen Aojia De Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd.
"Our company has three product categories: fuel pumps, electronic water pumps, and fuel pump control modules, mainly used in European vehicles. This is our fourth time exhibiting at the Ningbo Auto Parts Fair. Our main purpose is to gain overseas clients. This time we have achieved good results – otherwise we wouldn't keep coming back. We will also participate in the next edition!"

Li Bo – Sales Director, Chongqing Qixin Automotive Parts Co., Ltd.
"This is our third time at the Ningbo Auto Parts Fair. Our main goal is to promote our brand and expand our foreign trade market. We are attracted by Ningbo's port advantages – there are many foreign trade companies here, offering greater opportunities for going global. Visitor traffic was quite good, and we have secured some interested clients. Given that the typhoon had just passed, the turnout was still impressive, and the overall results have been very satisfactory."
Cao Ying – Sales General Manager, Shandong Kezhou Automotive Bearing Co., Ltd.
"The exhibition results have been very good. What impressed me most was meeting a group of Pakistani clients. They had visited our factory before, and we ran into them again at the fair. This time we had deeper exchanges, which significantly increased the likelihood of closing deals. The quality of visitors at the Ningbo Auto Parts Fair is high – it's very rewarding to reconnect with old clients we've previously met and have further in‑depth discussions!"
Trend Foresight, Multi‑Dimensional Perspectives for the Future
Four professional forums were held concurrently during the exhibition, focusing on core topics such as supply chain security, brand going global, cross‑border customer acquisition, and overseas market expansion, covering both macro policy interpretation and practical experience sharing.

On the first day of the show, the “Efficiently Building a Safe Cross‑Border Supply Chain for Auto Parts Enterprises” session featured special presentations and on‑site matchmaking on supply chain security, overseas compliance, and export certification, helping companies build safe, compliant, stable, and sustainable cross‑border supply chains. The forum “Automotive and Parts Brand Going Global 2.0 – Global Automotive Supply Chain Restructuring and the Internationalization Path of Parts Enterprises” deconstructed pain points and clarified globalization routes from five dimensions: industry trends, compliant operations, legal risk control, business travel investigation, and enterprise practice.
On the second day, forum enthusiasm continued to rise, with exciting agendas presented by major cross‑border e‑commerce platforms. China Manufacturing Network hosted the “Customer Acquisition – New Cross‑Border Opportunities in the Great Transformation” development forum. eBay, Walmart, Amazon, Alibaba International Station, and Yisuke Technology jointly held the theme forum “Exploring New Paths for Auto Parts Going Global and Empowering New Industry Development”, which progressively unpacked the full‑chain methods and practical approaches for auto parts going global – from independent brand overseas expansion and AI‑empowered cross‑border customer acquisition to platform operational rules and global best‑selling product specifications.
