I. Basic Information

CAPAFAIR 2026 will be held on August 12–14 at the Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Center.

CAPAFAIR 2026 reaches a new record scale! All Halls 1–8 will be open, with a total exhibition area of 51,650 sqm and 2,066 exhibitors, up 16.3% year-on-year. Exhibiting companies come from 21 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions across China. The Ningbo–Taizhou–Wenzhou auto parts corridor in Zhejiang and the Xingtai–Cangzhou auto parts industrial belt in Hebei lead the way, closely followed by exhibitors from Jiangsu, Shandong, Guangdong, Henan, Chongqing, and other regions, forming a complete industry map from the Yangtze River Delta to the Pearl River Delta, and from the Bohai Bay to the west side of the Taiwan Strait!

V. On-Site Buyer Services

Buyer Service Areas

Buyer service areas are available in Hall 7, Hall 8, and the corridor between Halls 2/3, where you can redeem freshly brewed coffee.

Buyer Lounge Areas

Buyer lounge areas are available in the corridor between Halls 5/6, the atrium of Hall 7, and the atrium of Hall 8, providing spaces for business talks and rest.

On-Site Dining

Restaurants are located on the second floor of the central halls between Halls 2/3 and 5/6, as well as on the east side of Halls 7 and 8. In addition, there are multiple coffee and snack/drink vending areas throughout the venue. Please arrange your meal times accordingly.

Special Reminder: Outside food delivery is not allowed into the exhibition halls. Please do not order takeout inside the venue! In addition, first-aid kits and an on-site doctor will be available to ensure your health and safety throughout the event.

CAPAFAIR 2026 offers free shuttle buses from major surrounding cities such as Hangzhou and Yiwu directly to the exhibition venue, making your visit easier and more convenient.
⭐️Ningbo Lishe Airport → Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Center
Taxi: About 25 km, about 30–40 minutes.
Metro: Take Line 2 to Shijie Station → transfer to Line 5 to Convention & Exhibition Center Station, Exit B.
⭐️Ningbo Railway Station → Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Center
Taxi: About 15 km, about 30 minutes.
Metro: Option 1: Take Line 4 to South Higher Education Park Station → transfer to Line 5 to Convention & Exhibition Center Station, Exit B. Option 2: Take Line 2 to Gulou Station → transfer to Line 1 to Haibei North Road Station → transfer to Line 5 to Convention & Exhibition Center Station, Exit B. Option 3: Take Line 2 to Sanguantang Station → transfer to Line 5 to Convention & Exhibition Center Station, Exit B.
