A1: CAPAFAIR 2024 will be held on 26-28 September at Ningbo International Convention & Exhibition Centre.

27th September (Friday) 9:00-16:30

28th September (Saturday) 9:00-14:00

Q2: Do I need to buy a ticket for CAPAFAIR 2024?

A2: Admission is free, no ticket required! CAPAFAIR 2024 is open to professionals only, advance or on-site registration is required, and no one under the age of 18 will be admitted.

Q3: How do I get a visitor's pass?

A5: There are restaurants on the first floor of the centre halls of Halls 2/3 and 5/6, on the east side of Halls 1 and 4, and on the east side of Halls 7 and 8. In addition, there are a number of coffee, snack and beverage vending areas in the venues, so you can arrange for your own time to eat.

Q8：Which transport mode is more convenient to choose to go to the show?

A8：Buyers can go to the fair by themselves by driving, metro or bus.

Metro: Take Line 5 to Exit B of Ningbo Convention & Exhibition Centre Station.

By car or taxi: Navigate to Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Centre (No. 181, Huizhan Road)

CAPAFAIR 2024 has opened free shuttle buses from Shanghai, Hangzhou, Yiwu and other important neighbouring cities to the exhibition site.

Q9: How to solve the parking problem at the venue?

A9: There are more than 2,000 parking spaces in the area of Ningbo International Convention & Exhibition Centre, which can hardly meet the parking needs of exhibitors and buyers of CAPAFAIR 2024.

When you arrive at the exhibition hall by car and the parking space is full, you can go along the Convention and Exhibition Road (south of the Convention and Exhibition Centre) to park in the basement of Hall 10 and Hall 11, where there are more than 1,000 free parking spaces each, and walk to the exhibition hall for about 300 metres after parking.
