The oil-water separator membrane is divided into two types: pure rubber and composite, which vary depending on the vehicle model. The composite membrane needs to consider the bonding ability between composite materials and rubber. Our developed adhesive fluorosilicone rubber can effectively cope with various composite materials, including polyester, nylon, 304 stainless steel, and nylon 66. At present, the membrane produced mainly focuses on customized drawings, and the high-end production line covers more than 40 countries and regions at home and abroad, receiving unanimous praise from a large number of users.
