Oil applied for lubrication plays a significant cooling role. The oil cooler receives the lubricant’s heat and exchanges it with the ambient air or the radiator coolant. Especially in high-performing or downsized engine vehicles, a dedicated oil cooler is an important part of the system.
The main series of oil coolers(engine and transmission) producing now are water-cooled. we apply a strict standard during our model testing to ensure meeting its OE quality.
The oil cooler development process includes an in-house test series, where the oil cooler is pressure-impulse tested with 200,000 impulses at a pressure of up to 15.0 bar.

Twice air leak test for each product:
Manual air leak test firstly then all products will go through the advanced full-automatic air leak testing combined with sticker priting equipment.
Only those verified by computer data system, it can have a qualified sitcker. This will greatly lower the risks due to careless omission of manual test.
Our production line now can provide a capacity of 5000 pcs per month and 60000 pcs per year. Our capacity in full will be reach to 60000 pcs per year and 720000 pcs annually.
