Charging Cabinet Management: It is a first level menu that includes two second level menus: "Equipment Management" and "Record Management". Device Management: includes functions such as searching, editing, and adding devices, where 'edit' can set the temperature value for the charging cabinet fan to automatically start.
Record Management: includes functions such as retrieval/return, and filtering within time periods‘ Equipment management and record management support Excel data export, with export format to be determined.
Automatic power-off function when not charged/fully charged: Each charger has a separate cabinet, and when employees open the cabinet door, the charger automatically powers on. After closing the cabinet door, the charger status is automatically detected; If not charged, the charger will automatically shut off after 1 minute; During charging, the screen displays real-time charging current, and automatically turns off the power when fully charged, with the fully charged light on.

Intelligent charging cabinet can effectively manage battery charging and achieve the following functions:
1) Can be activated through identity recognition (swipe card+password), can recognize company employee cards, and is compatible with smart tool cabinets.
2) The intelligent battery charging cabinet is equipped with a charging timer, temperature control alarm, and cooling fan inside. It is operated through software settings and hardware combined with a touch screen (intelligent charging cabinet system). When the temperature exceeds the preset value during charging operation, the cooling fan can be automatically started. After the temperature returns to normal, the cooling fan will be automatically stopped. The temperature control adopts digital temperature sensors, which have small inertia, high accuracy, wide range, and high reliability.
3) Air switches are set inside the cabinet according to the number of chargers to ensure safety, and a main switch is set outside the cabinet for maintenance and emergency situations.
4) The cabinet is equipped with high-strength and high transparency acrylic cabinet doors for easy inspection.
Introduction to Basic Functions of Charging Cabinet Main Cabinet
This charging cabinet system has one main cabinet and one auxiliary cabinet, and the entire system can accommodate the simultaneous charging of 60 batteries.
The main cabinet is equipped with a control system, which is composed of an industrial computer and a PLC system, and is equipped with password, card swiping, and fingerprint (optional) recognition functions; The main cabinet has a standard 6-layer 4-position and can charge 24 batteries. The secondary cabinet has a standard 6-layer 6-position and can charge 36 batteries;
The main cabinet is equipped with a leakage protection switch, and each floor is equipped with a circuit breaker for protection. The cabinet is equipped with a temperature control module, which can automatically control the temperature inside the cabinet
Start and stop of the hot fan.
The charging stations are equipped with magnetic lock function and have monitoring of charging current and battery voltage. It can recognize the current battery charging status. When an employee takes out the battery, according to the employee's card and fingerprint (optional), the corresponding fully charged battery will be automatically opened. If the battery is not fully charged, the operator will be prompted to confirm whether to remove it, and only after confirming the removal can the charging position be opened.
Configure the database for the main cabinet control system and include it.
The main cabinet is equipped with tightening sensors, which can meet the tool accuracy detection of 0-1000NM. When employees take out battery tools, the first step is to calibrate the accuracy of the tools through sensors. If the calibration is qualified, the green light will be on, and if it is unqualified, the red light will be on, with an audible and visual alarm function to remind the operator that the tools are unqualified. If the tool accuracy is not detected within 2 minutes after removal, the control system will alarm and remind the operator to perform the inspection.
